My practice is eclectic in both the wide range of client populations I work with as well as the multiple modalities I employ. My practice is intuitive and client specific. I believe that first and foremost, therapy should be a safe, explorative, and supportive space. The most rewarding part of being a therapist is seeing my clients grow, discover, and know themselves deeper. I am honored to be a witness and facilitator to this process but ultimately the work (and willingness) is theirs…..is yours.
I utilize an array of modalities, including the following: Brainspotting, Narrative therapy, Somatic work, Inner-child/parts work, Trauma informed therapy, mindfulness, object relations, CBT, attachment theory, and others.
I am a Los Angeles based therapist. My office is in Atwater; which is near: Glendale, SilverLake, Pasadena, Eagle Rock and Los Feliz.
